Massage
Massage has been around for thousands of years. It is a simple effective method of maintaining good health, promotes general well being, boosts the immune systems, helps circulation, increases muscle tone, improves digestion and encourages a healthy skin. It is also used in a wide range of sports injuries. The basic techniques are the same using effleurage, kneading and friction but there are so many variations on this basic structure.
I use two types of Mechanical Massage Machines - The Niagara hand held unit and the Nova-Sonic unit.
