Relaxation
Controlled breathing and the ability to relax at will are essential aspects of managing stress. Simple breathing exercises and muscle-relaxation techniques can be practiced to reduce the physical and mental effects of stress, bringing therapeutic benefits as follows:

Massage
A relaxing massage can occasionally induce the client to fall asleep, or into deep relaxation. Clients can often feel more refreshed after a massage then a full nights sleep.
